Terms of Service

Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before you agree to dog waste removal services from Poop Paws Patrol.

Poop Paws Patrol is an independently owned and operated business (“us,” “we” or “our”) that provides pet-waste removal services to residences, businesses and corporate properties, you agree to the following terms of service (“Terms”) that govern the sales and services provided by us (“Services”). By accepting the Services you hire us for, you are bound to these Terms.

The customer understands our ability to provide the Services can be dependent on weather, condition of grass height, access to your yard which is your own responsibility, and other unknown outside influences.

DOG WASTE REMOVAL SERVICE

Poop Paws Patrol provides pet waste removal services for both residential and corporate properties. Our offerings include One-Time Cleans, Scheduled Cleanings, and Seasonal Services.

Pricing is based on properties up to 1/8th of an acre, with additional charges for larger areas.

OBTAINING ACCESS TO YOUR YARD

The Customer understands that if Poop Paws Patrol cannot access the area needing cleaning due to locked/blocked/frozen gates or unruly dogs in the yard; the scoop will be skipped and charges will still apply. Poop Paws Patrol suggests adding gate combinations or lock keys to your file to avoid locked gates. If the customer requests we come back, a $5 driving fee will be added to the customer’s bill.

WEATHER

Poop Paws Patrol will work through the rain and cold as long as we can safely do so. The customer understands we cannot work through severe thunderstorms, high winds, extreme high or low temperatures, flooding or an accumulation of snow that prevents access to the yard. Poop Paw Patrol offers a WEEKLY service plan. We do not offer refunds for missed weeks due to weather. Therefore in these cases, we will skip service for that week, and see you the following week in which a double duty cleaning will take affect for the missed week.  A refund will not be issued as we still have to pick up all of the poop on our next visit that would have been scooped the prior week. If you need the area cleaned before your next scheduled service, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee it. Additionally, we do not want to tear up your yard in any way. If it is excessively muddy, we may skip your yard and wait until the next scheduled visit when things have dried out.

AGGRESSIVE ANIMALS

At Poop Paws Patrol, we are happy to work with friendly animals in your yard. However, for the safety of our staff, we will NOT work around aggressive animals. If we are unable to access your yard or complete a scooping due to an aggressive animal, you will be notified, and the visit will still be charged.

In the event that our team is bitten by any animal, we will immediately leave the premises to seek medical attention. The yard will be left in its “as is” condition, and the visit may be considered “services rendered” for that day. Any medical expenses incurred due to a bite or injury will be the responsibility of the Client within a reasonable amount of time. Depending on the severity of the situation, Animal Control may be contacted, and additional actions may be taken.

Clients are required to maintain accurate and up-to-date vaccination records for their dog(s) and make these available to Poop Paws Patrol upon request, especially in the event of a dog bite or attack. We rely on the Client’s assessment of their animal’s temperament for the safety of our staff.

For everyone’s safety, Poop Paws Patrol reserves the right to decline service to any yard where our team does not feel comfortable or safe working. Please consider this policy for the well-being of all involved.

By scheduling our services, you agree to these terms and conditions regarding animal interaction.

LEAVES, DEBRIS AND TALL GRASS

At Poop Paws Patrol, we always strive to leave your yard as clean as possible. We understand that maintaining your yard can be a challenge, and it may not always be in ideal condition. Please note that it can be difficult to spot dog waste in tall grass, yards with leaves, or areas with other debris.

If your grass is tall during our visit, there’s a chance we may miss some waste. Rest assured, we’ll catch anything missed during our next scheduled visit if yard maintenance is complete by then.

If you notice an excessive amount of waste that we missed, please don’t hesitate to contact us right away. We’re here to ensure your satisfaction!

Shutdown

At Poop Paws Patrol, we reserve the right to pause operations between Christmas and New Year’s Day. Regular monthly billing will still apply unless you choose to fully scoop your yard during this time.

Holiday Schedule

Poop Paws Patrol does not provide services on the following holidays: Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day. If your scheduled service day falls on one of these holidays, we will skip that week and resume service on your next scheduled visit. Please note, there are no refunds for missed service, as we will handle all accumulated waste during our next visit. Thank you for your understanding!
